If you are using Steam, this works out especially well. It is possible you may discover wrinkles, but hopefully it should make that first migration to GUTS pretty painless. That means you should be able to use the Editor on your mods-in-progress with minimal fuss, ideally. We just converted the latest versions of Synergies and the Ninja mod and compiled them back into our mod package format, and used 'em. You can also immediately publish them to Steam Workshop from the same dialog, which is cool. You can then just name the mod in the Editor, hit Build, and play it in the game 'official-like'. There is now an option in GUTS to convert a Mod PAK into a raw, Mod-ready state.
